Mix 1–2 tablespoons of banana powder with ¼ cup cold water or milk. Heat ¾ cup water or milk, stir in the mix slowly, and cook on low for 3–5 minutes. Sweeten with crushed Panam Kalkandu to taste. Serve warm.

Raw Nendran Banana Powder: 100% raw Nendran banana. Panam Kalkandu: 100% palmyra palm sap. No added sugar, preservatives or artificial colours in either product.

Keep in airtight containers in a cool, dry place and use a clean, dry spoon. Best before 9 months from the packing date.
