This website, horticogreens.com, is operated by HorticoGreens (“HorticoGreens”, “we”, “us”, “our”), having its place of business at Vaishnavam, BNRA 3 B (1), TC No. 79/1703 (1), Balavan Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala – 695008, India.

By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Products

  • We sell natural food products from Kerala, including Kasthuri turmeric, Nendran banana powder and other traditional foods.
  • Our products are natural and may vary slightly in colour, aroma, texture and size from batch to batch. Product images are for illustration only.
  • Information on our website, including descriptions of traditional uses and benefits, is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition or allergy.
  • Please read the label, ingredients, storage instructions and best-before date before use.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets [and Cash on Delivery, where available]). We do not store your card or bank details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or message from us.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if pricing or product information is wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, location, holidays, weather or other events outside our control.
  • Please provide a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or by the customer being unavailable.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

  • Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, or returns for change of mind.
  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired or wrong product, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7–10] working days.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • copy, reproduce or resell any content or product images without our written permission;
  • post false, misleading or abusive reviews or content.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the HorticoGreens name and logo, text, images, graphics and product designs, belongs to HorticoGreens or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews and feedback
By submitting a review, comment or photo, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. We may remove any content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HorticoGreens is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Third-party links and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, and we use third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
