1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (organic and perishable), we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@horticogreens.com with clear photos and order details.
2. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new product at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
